Another recent trend I have noticed with my clients is an increase and expansion of their intuitive abilities. We all understand the concept of ‘gut feeling’, which is located in the second chakra or sacral. This is one collectively understood description of intuition.
Another collective concept would be ‘female instinct’ as being an even more capable form of intuitive abilities. What I have been seeing collectively with my clients is another category of intuition which I describe as the ‘best friend’ facet.
There has been a progressive strengthening of the communication lines between our intuition and logical mind. This is best described as a fusion. A bit like a tandem bicycle. Both seats are headed in the same direction for the same purpose, life experience which is purposefully created.
When the intuitive side of our nature is separated from the logical side, impasse is probable. One side desires to create within the more inner, knowing parts of self and the other is pure logic. A, B or C. If you don’t have perfect order, it will not work is what the logical mind conveys.
Hence desires never manifest because the information from the logical mind does not support the intuitive, creative information coming from our inner self. These two sides of us are in competition and neither is winning. We seem to be stuck. With this trend of fusing both the intuitive/creative side with the logical side, a very powerful relationship is created.
There may not be an A, B or C in place but there is a K, T and W so let’s work with that. Thus the tandem concept is birthed. The intuitive self does not accept no for an answer from the logical mind. They are in it together to find a way forward.
I like to measure my client’s intuitive energies with a gauge. This just lets both of us know during the session where she/he is with regards to the relationship with their intuition.
The gauge is set up from 1 to 10 with 10 being quite vulnerable, gullible, easily taken advantage of, dependent upon external information and approval. Number 1 is then set at not believing anything anyone says anywhere, any place, anytime with little or no sense of trust from within. The number registering on the gauge is important because it can reflect in many circumstances within our life. What I am seeing on a regular basis now is a setting at around 5.
Their intuitive abilities are working for them, they are accurate. They are best friends. There is a relationship established which is based on trust and faith in their perceptions. My clients are trusting in the reliability of their intuitive information and the results in their everyday life seem to support this trust.
Another method I have observed, which I have also experienced is the intuitive information coming in through the dream state. This does not necessarily have to be a precognitive dream. Dreams are archetypical and can seem confusing to the logical mind. But, the emotional mind can work efficiently with dreams.
The key here is the emotions. How did you feel in the dream? How did you feel upon awakening? Was there a particular scene or symbol that evoked an emotion? The intuitive self works with emotions. Gut feelings.
This is just as possible in the dream state as the awakened state. A recent client spoke of her affection for her dreams. As I viewed the astral area of her energetic field it was very clear that she had a direct line of intuition in place on most nights, whilst in the dream state. Her logical mind did not interfere with the information coming forward so it was quite pristine in its authenticity. Her astral space could be a great intuitive tool for her with respect to journaling or keeping a dream journal. This is especially true in the moments upon awakening. Dream recall can be succinct and then fade within seconds.
Another form of intuition which I participate in most mornings is automatic writing. This has always been delegated to the mystical but it is actually more of a disciplined and lucid form of intuition that we all have access to. I just let the pen flow and the pages fill with information. The information can sometimes relate to a problem or conflict I may be facing or at times the information is relevant to a creative endeavour I am considering.
Whatever the content, it is always relevant. This is intuition in its most simplistic yet powerful form. It comes straight from the inner self, the place where our thoughts and feelings emerge to dialogue with us, like a best friend.
